My work focuses on babies and young children, with a particular focus on the EYFS Prime Areas, responsive relationships, communication, movement and creating meaningful learning experiences for the youngest children in Early Years settings.

Baby Room Training
Practical, engaging training for Early Years teams, delivered in settings across the UK. My training is designed to be useful, relevant and easy to apply in everyday practice. Sessions can be delivered for whole teams or tailored specifically to the needs, priorities and challenges of your setting.
We explore what babies really need from the adults around them, how everyday routines can become meaningful learning opportunities, and how practitioners can support communication, movement, relationships and development.
Training can be delivered wherever works best for your team, or from your nursery setting or village hall to a conference venue.

Baby Room Training Club
The Baby Room Training Club provides practitioners with ongoing access to practical resources, play ideas, professional learning and support throughout the year.
Created specifically for practitioners working with babies aged 0–24 months+ , the Club is designed to help you build confidence, develop your practice and create a rich, responsive and engaging environment for the babies in your care.
My Approach
I believe professional development should be practical, relevant and enjoyable.
Training shouldn't simply give practitioners information. It should give them ideas, confidence and strategies they can take straight back into their setting and use with the children they work with.
My aim is for every practitioner to leave a session thinking, “I can use this tomorrow.”
